We initially had the court documents for Jaylen Clark in this roundup, but i decided to break it off into its own story, since i feel like we’re going to be tracking it for a while. I say this because Et Al is a pretty weak rhyme, so just know it was originally something to do with a ball, which flows much better.

Herrera was arrested for trying to buy gas with a clearly fake $100 bill. He told police he’d just pulled the bill out of an ATM across the street, but the arresting officer noted “based on my training and work/life experiences, i know that banks/ATMs do not dispense extremely warn/damaged/old bills…” especially bills stamped FOR MOTION PICTURE USE ONLY on them.
The deputy transported Herrera at the Canyon County Jail. During the booking process, a Canyon County Deputy located a small baggy containing an off-white crystalline / powdery substance from inside Herrera’s left shirt pocket.
It was allegedly meth. Not movie meth, meth-meth.
