Johnny Bennett

Arrest Date:
30/11/2023
Location:
Boise, ID, USA
Age:
20
Charges:
Grand Theft – F
Burglary – F
Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm – F
Narrative:

Bennett was arrested on a warrant dating back to June 2023.  According to a release from BPD, in the early morning hours of June 19th, Bennet swiped a firearm from a vehicle near the 3000 block of Anemone Court (over in the Amity/Federal Way area of East Boise).  He then took took several (what i’m calling) practice shots in a field near the area before driving to South Oregon Trail way and unloading on a home.  The home was occupied, but thankfully no one was injured.

It’s unclear WHY he did this… the homeowner and Bennett had never met.

it’s also unclear HOW, given almost no motive or evidence, BPD pieced this one together.

Good work.

Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon – F
Narrative:

McReynolds was allegedly found in possession of over 400 grams of meth, with an estimated street value of over 8 grand.  Picture a large freezer bag stuffed to the gills, depending on the form.

According to stats from 2020, meth sells for about 20 dollars a gram, and one gram provides about four doses; enough to keep someone high for 48 hours, if so desired.

McReynolds was also in possession of a firearm, which he was not allowed to possess due to a prior burglary conviction in (trigger warning) California.

  1. Glad u defined a tooter. I was thinking a hooters like in rolled joints. Guess I’m old school and behind in time with the new drug slang.
