Location:
Ada County, ID, USA
Age:
20
Charges:

Mayhem – F

Narrative:

A bunch of you reached out asking for info on this one.  I assume it’s because ‘Mayhem’ is a pretty awesome-sounding charge.

Here’s what it means according to Idaho law:

18-5001. MAYHEM DEFINED. Every person who unlawfully and maliciously deprives a human being of a member of his body, or disables, disfigures or renders it useless, or cuts out or disables the tongue, puts out an eye, slits the nose, ear or lip, is guilty of mayhem

I know what you’re thinking… She cut off a ding dong, Lorena Bobbitt-style. (look it up, kids)

Nope.

According to court records, Post allegedly “…Maliciously disfiguring a woman by biting her ear.”

The bite allegedly split the ear in half and mutilated it until cartilage was visible.

So yeah… learn something new every day.

2x – Battery on Law Enforcement – F

DUI (3rd offense) – F

Campbell was arrested after crashing his Ford F350 through a fence and into a ditch in Canyon County.
According to court documents, dispatchers received an automated crash alert from Campbell’s iPhone stating he’d been in an accident along Pinto Road in Caldwell.  Police responded to the area to find Campbell allegedly standing next to his pickup, very inebriated.  He refused a field sobriety test and breathalyzer, and allegedly kicked two deputies in the legs during a blood draw at West Valley Medical Center.
Deputies don’t like being kicked very much (or at all, actually), so that’s where the Felony Battery on Law Enforcement charges stem from.
