I still don’t quite understand what Fragomeno was doing on that bus. We’ll get some more information in the coming days, i’m sure.
Andersen was arrested for shooting at two NNU students who allegedly went onto his Powerline Rd property to watch the sunset. He admitted to police he fired a handful of warning shots from a shotgun toward the unwelcome guests, but wasn’t trying to hurt anyone.
However, the two victims showed police a BB from a shotgun shell lodged in the windshield in their car, allegedly from the encounter with Andersen.
During their investigation, Nampa PD officers tried to talk to Andersen at his home, but he allegedly shut the door on them. The officers entered the home, tazed Andersen and placed him under arrest. The tazer shock aggravated an existing heart condition and Anderson was taken to a local hospital for medical clearance.
He returned home and was taken into custody the next day.

Stagner was arrested for allegedly trying to drunkenly push himself up on a Housekeeper at the Motel 6 in Nampa back in August 2023. According to the housekeeper, she was putting supplies away on the second floor of the motel when Stagner grabbed her hand aggressively and began kissing it. She tried to push him away, but he ended up pushing her into the Janitors closet, where he hugged her and starting touching his junk. The housekeeper was able to push him off and escape the closet. She later identified Stagner in a photo line up, and a warrant for his arrest was issued.
Stagner was pulled over on the 11th in Ada County for Excessive DUI, and, to no surprise, his warrant for THIS crime was still active.
