This one will piss you off. A lot.
Holland allegedly caused the accident we covered in Nampa on Tuesday afternoon. According to court documents, Holland T-boned a Dodge Ram near the intersection of Orchard Ave and Fitzwilliam, pushing both vehicles into an SUV as she traveled eastbound at a high rate of speed. Medics and bystanders said Holland was breastfeeding her 6 month old child at the time of the accident, and smelled like alcohol.
According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, The child was transported to St Lukes Pediatric hospital and is being treated for an inter-cranial brain bleed. Holland and her 18 month old child were transported to St Als for minor injuries. A blood sample from Holland indicates she had a BAL of at least .08 according to the charging documents.
The Dodge Ram she t-boned was occupied by five people, including four juveniles. All were treated for minor injuries at area hospitals and have been released.
