Man Accused of Intentionally Killing Woman with Car Changes Plea

23-year-old Marion Nikichimus has pled guilty to one count of Second Degree Murder after reaching an agreement with Ada County Prosecutors.
Nikichimus was accused of intentionally hitting  37-year-old Elizabeth Sorg with his vehicle as he tried to leave an altercation at an apartment complex near Fairview and Cole in Boise back on July 2nd.
Sorg died of her injuries at St Alphonses in Boise.
According to a statement from the Ada County Prosecutors Office, Nikichimus agreed to plead guilty if prosecutors dropped additional felony charges of Aggravated Battery, Assault with Intent to Murder and an enhancement for using a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.
Nikichimus now faces the possibility of ten years to life in prison.  He will be sentenced on March 1st.
Nikichimus initially pled not guilty to all charges back in August of this year.
